#1. Plan
What’s your plan? Do you plan on making money at the stock market or plan on selling products? When you wake up early, you need a plan to make you some money or else, waking up early is just a waste of time for you. It’s like being in the Marines. We wake up early in the morning and have PT that’s good for you and good for me! Unless you’re in the military or a millionaire or aspiring millionaire, don’t bother waking up early. It’s just slowly killing you.

#2. Stress
You might actually add more stress into your life because you’re not getting enough sleep. “But, Gunny, Navy SEALs go for five days with three hours of sleep”. That’s very cute, cupcake, but are you a Navy SEAL and do you receive special training and food high in calories? You, as an average couch potato, need about 6 to 8 hours of sleep a day. Anything less than that can kill you in the long run and anything more than that can give you migraines. 

#3. Late
Did you know? Contrary to popular belief and myth, most millionaires and billionaires sleep late and wake up late. They have so much time on their hands, they party the night away and sleep wherever they can find a space when they get too drunk. I’ve got two millionaire acquaintances who say they sleep whenever they feel like it – but both admitted it’s usually between 11 pm to 1 am.
