Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achievement of service revenue targets, collection of accounts, client servicing, and the development and maintenance of client relations in assigned territory.
- Prospect and acquire new clients and/ or brand activation projects, and generate business from them.
- Provide quality services to clients to delight them beyond their expectations.
- Prepare and submit required reports on time on the projects undertaken, e.g. Project Status Report, Post Evaluation Report, Project Completion Report, etc.
- Constantly promote our company’s product and service offerings.
- Coordinate, monitor and control the activities of manpower involved in brand activation / event projects leading to the achievement of business objectives and total client satisfaction.
- Undertake any special project as directed by the Client Services Manager or direct supervisor, from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
- With work experience of 1 – 3 years, preferably in client services / account management, retail etc.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed client expectations and incorporate urgency and strong service ethic into all aspects of the job.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, not afraid of risks and challenges.
- Can work independently.
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills.
- Successful record of collaborating and producing results with cross-functional teams.
