Responsibilities:

- Provide customer support via telephone, email, or web
- Responsible in contributing first step solution to customer technical concern
- Resolves the problem of the end-user
- Manage and monitors tracking of incidents and calls 

 

Requirements:

  • Native Japanese
    • Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese
    • With Vocational, or Bachelor's Degree in IT or any related course
    • With Basic hardware knowledge, basic software knowledge, basic networking
    • Experience is an advantage
