Assists in recruitment functions of the Human Resources Department through effective sourcing, selection, and placement in order to deliver manpower requirements within expected time frame and ensure that employee competency levels are at par with the Organization’s needs.

Job Requirements:

KRA: EFFECTIVE SOURCING
1. Participates in the implementation of sourcing activities (eg: Job fairs, Campus Recruitment, etc).
2. Aids in conceptualizing recruitment collaterals (banners, streamers, leaflets, posters, etc.) that will be used to boost recruitment activities.
3. Evaluates current hiring/sourcing processes and think of innovative ways to better yield results.
4. Updates job postings both in company website and other online recruitment facilities.
5. Downloads applications from online recruitment sources.

KRA: TIMELY RECRUITMENT PROCESSING
1. Schedules applicants for interviews and examinations.
2. Performs Resume/Telephone Screening and Interviews.
3. Screens/Interviews applicants for voice and non-voice campaigns including applicants for back-office positions.
4. Recommends and endorses potential candidates for interview by the requesting department.

KRA: EFFICIENT RECRUITMENT INSTRUMENT ADMINISTRATION
1. Administers and evaluates appropriate pre-employment tests to those who meet the minimum job specifications of the positions applied for.

KRA: ORGANIZED/ORDERLY PLACEMENT
1. Facilitates Job Offer process.
2. Prepares contracts for commission-based, contractual, and probationary employment.
3. Orients new hires, before deployment, on the provisions of employment contracts.
4. Assists in developing and implementing effective deployment procedures for hires.
5. Assists in communicating deployment of hires (voice & non-voice agents) to concerned superiors and departments: Program Supervisors - for training and assignment of links; Workforce Dept. - for work schedules and rest days; MIS Dept. - for assignment of Desktops, usernames, and passwords; and Administration Dept. - for Biometrics registration.

KRA: EFFECTIVE RECRUITMENT DATABASE
1. Maintains updated talent bank of short-listed applicants for various campaigns and back office requirements.
2. Maintains and submits weekly recruitment tracking report.

KRA: OTHER RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES
1. Assists HR Head with tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Male/Female not more than 28 years old
- Graduate of any 4-Year College Degree Course preferably in the areas of Behavioral and Social Sciences.
- At least 6 months experience in HR - Recruitment function preferably from a Call Center or Recruitment Agency.
